Season 3 Begins — 100 Years of Hockeytown & The W.J. Moore House
This week marks something bigger than a single episode.
We officially reorganized everything into Seasons — backdating all content into Seasons 1 and 2.
And now… Season 3 begins.
Monday, Streets of History returned with “100 Years of Hockeytown” — a full look at Detroit’s Red Wings legacy and the arenas that shaped a city.
Friday at 6PM, Homes of Michigan launches Season 3 with something different — an entire season centered around the W.J. Moore House in Caro, Michigan.
Plus: we dropped a surprise Pontiac Walk & Talk video, and we’ve got residential leases available at historic 30 & 35 N. Saginaw — along with commercial space inside the Riker Building.
This season is about legacy.

Hi — Chris here.
This week felt like a reset — and a launch at the same time.
We broke everything into Seasons so the story feels intentional now. Structured. Cohesive.
Season 3 opens with Hockeytown — 100 years of Red Wings history, Olympia, Joe Louis Arena, and Little Caesars Arena.
And Friday we begin something deeper:
An entire season following one house.
The W.J. Moore House in Caro.
Not just the architecture.
The man.
The inventions.
The ambition.
This one’s different.
And if you’ve ever loved Detroit sports, small-town Michigan industry, or a house with a story — this season’s for you.

Market Moments
Market Snapshot — Legacy Properties & Momentum
As interest grows in historic homes and legacy buildings,
we’re seeing buyers lean toward character over cookie-cutter.
Inventory remains steady —
but properties with story, walkability, and architectural detail continue to stand out.
Historic scale requires strategic pricing.
Smart marketing still wins.
And Season 3 will showcase exactly why.
