This week wasn’t the one I hoped for — I fractured my 3rd and 4th metatarsals, so running is officially on pause. It sucks, but the mission doesn’t stop.
Right now it’s all about healing smart, staying active where I can, and keeping my head clear. Sobriety doesn’t take days off, and neither does the work.
Setbacks happen. This one just reminds me how much the miles actually mean — and how much stronger I’ll be when I’m cleared to come back.
Progress isn’t canceled… it’s just rerouted.
